These Digital Product Terms (the “Terms”) govern your purchase and use of any digital product sold by CEO Digital Enterprises LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to all of our digital products — guides, video trainings, playbooks, templates and similar downloadable or online materials (each, a “Product”) — however and wherever you purchased them.
By buying a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
You are buying a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Product for your own personal and internal use. You are not buying ownership of the Product or any intellectual property in it. We retain all right, title and interest in the Product and its contents.
The licence lasts for as long as we make the Product available, and it does not expire on a fixed date. It is granted to you personally — it is not a company-wide or team licence unless we have agreed that in writing.

Making a personal backup copy for your own use is fine. Sharing that copy is not.
Products are delivered digitally, with immediate access. After your payment is successfully processed, we give you access straight away — on the confirmation page, by email, or both, depending on the Product. Delivery is normally instant.
There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Because delivery depends on the email address you give us, please make sure it is correct. If your access has not arrived shortly after purchase, check your spam and promotions folders first, then contact us at help@thecreditbrothers.com and we will get it to you.
We sell digital products and digital training content. Because these products are delivered instantly and access cannot be revoked once granted, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital product purchase, for any reason.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying digital content with immediate access, and that this transaction is non-refundable.
This applies regardless of how much of the Product you have accessed or used, and regardless of whether the Product met your expectations. Please read the product page and these Terms before buying.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a transaction you did not authorise — contact us at help@thecreditbrothers.com and we will investigate.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are charged as a one-time payment unless the Product is expressly described as a subscription at the point of purchase.
Our Products are educational and informational. They are not financial, credit-repair, legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice, and buying one does not create a professional or advisory relationship between us.
Any results, figures, savings, redemption values, or outcomes described in a Product — including any results achieved by us personally — are illustrative of what is possible. They are not a promise, guarantee, or representation of what you will achieve. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your own circumstances and decisions and the terms of third parties such as banks, card issuers, airlines and hotel programmes, which can change at any time. You are responsible for your own decisions.
We may update, improve, or correct a Product over time, and we may stop offering a Product for sale. Where we provide updates to a Product you have bought, they are covered by the same licence.
We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published at the time you bought the Product. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
